  • Options to add to cart, wishlist, or "notify when available" are provided.
  • Please note that pricing and stock availability may vary per branch depending on your location and order type.
2. Checkout and Payment:
  •     Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), whether picking up from a branch or through a delivery representative.
  • Accurate data (Phone, ID, and Delivery Address) is required for successful order completion.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy:
  •     Shipping Fees: Retail shipping fees are calculated based on the distance from the selected branch.
  •     Exemptions: Specific quantities may qualify for shipping discounts or exemptions. "Export" orders are handled under special arrangements.
  •     Tracking & Verification: You will receive automated notifications with representative details and tracking links.
  • Receiving: You must provide the representative with the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone to successfully complete the delivery.
4. Quality Assurance and Returns:
  •     All orders are digitally documented with photos before packaging to ensure they meet your requirements.
  • Customers may request a return or exchange via the app within the allowed period, subject to review based on our quality documentation.
