• Notification System: Sending real-time alerts (via SMS or the App) to update you on your order status (Processing, Out for Delivery, Completed).

• Anonymization: Your personal phone number is hidden from delivery representatives. Communication is conducted exclusively through the in-app calling feature to ensure your data is not used outside the scope of the order.

• Verification System (OTP): An order cannot be closed or marked as "Delivered" without a "One-Time Password" (OTP) sent to your personal phone, ensuring the order reaches its rightful owner.

• Strict Access Control: The system operates under a rigorous role-based access control (RBAC) model, preventing unauthorized access and ensuring only authorized personnel can view the information necessary for decision-making.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your name and address are shared only with the assigned delivery representative for the sole purpose of delivering your order.
