1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website or application and completing an order, you acknowledge your full agreement to all the terms and conditions stated herein, as well as the associated Privacy, Shipping, and Return policies.
2. User Account and Data
The customer is committed to providing accurate and updated data (Name, Phone Number, ID, Address).
The customer is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Management reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be providing false or misleading data.
3. Pricing and Product Availability
As our system relies on multiple branches and non-centralized inventory, product prices and availability may vary from one branch to another.
Prices shown in the app are subject to continuous updates. The final price is confirmed during the "Order Approval" stage by management.
Different pricing policies apply based on the customer type (Retail, Wholesale, Export).
4. Order Contracting Mechanism
Submitting an order represents an "offer" to purchase. The contract is not considered binding until the "Order Manager" reviews the order, verifies inventory, and officially approves it.
The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or inaccurate customer data, with notification provided to the customer.
5. Cancellation and Modification
Customers have the right to request order cancellation or modification only before the order status reaches "Processing in Warehouse." Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled except in accordance with the Return Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure the accuracy of information on the site. However, the store is not liable for any delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control or the customer providing an incorrect address.
